After Hours Assistance during Rounds

The Registrar’s Office will close at 5 p.m. during Registration Rounds (Round 1 and Round 2), but staff members are available Monday – Thursday in the evenings to answer your questions using Google Mail and Google Chat (rounds@nullwfu.edu).

How to Reach Us Between 5-9 p.m.:

Google Chat:

  1. Log in to your Wake Forest Gmail account.
  2. In the left column, scroll down to the “Chat” box.
  3. In the “Search People” Box, type in rounds@nullwfu.edu.
  4. A pop-up contact box will show. On the right-hand side of the box, click on Chat.
  5. Wait until rounds@nullwfu.edu appears in your chat box as Rounds or Registrar Chat, and the status button is green. Once green, click to begin your chat session.
  6. Enter your name and your WFU-ID number, then enter your question.
  7. Please be patient and someone will get back to you to address your question.

Note: If you’ve chatted with us before, skip to step 5 and directly chat us by clicking on Rounds or Registrar Chat. If you’ve chatted with us before, but the Rounds and Registrar Chat does not show, please follow the above step to contact us using Google Chat.

Email:

  1. Log in to your Wake Forest Gmail account.
  2. On the left column, click on COMPOSE.
  3. Type in rounds@nullwfu.edu and email us your name, WFU-ID number and question.
  4. Please be patient and someone will get back to you to address your question.

Note: This form of communication (email) will take longer for someone to answer you back. It would be best to use Google Chat if you need your question answered right away.
