You may change your address by any of the following:
Undergraduate students may not use the local address as the permanent address unless they qualify as having independent residence. Qualifying students must come to the Office of the University Registrar to have the permanent address changed.
Please change your address through the Wake Forest Information Network (WIN), or contact the Alumni Records Office at 336.758.4347.

To request a name change, please bring two forms of government issued IDs to the Office of the University Registrar, Reynolda Hall 110.
If you are a current student in the Online Programs and do not live near WFU, please use the Name-Change-Form.
The Office of the University Registrar functions as a service office to the Wake Forest academic community and reports to the Provost. Our principal responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of student academic records/data and to provide various record services.
