Transcript Request FAQs
Unofficial transcripts can be produced Workday > Go to “My Academics” app > Click on “Generate Unofficial Transcript.”
Using the search bar through the Parchment ordering site, you can search for the organization. If the organization you are searching for does not appear, use the blue link underneath to type in the information manually.
Through the ordering site, there will be a place where you can upload attachments so that it can be sent along with your official transcript.
The delivery times are posted on our website, and you will also receive an email once your transcript has been processed.
Your request will remain on file for 30 days. Once your hold is cleared your order will be released for processing. If your hold is not cleared within 30 days, your order will be canceled.
There is a blue link underneath the search bar that says “send to yourself or another destination,” this will allow you to choose the type of transcript you want to send.
With the introduction of Workday in 2024, transcripts for students appear different from the previous system (WIN). There is a new layout of coursework in a single column with different fonts. Transfer coursework that previously appeared using the grade designation “T” preceding the grade from the issuing institution (e.g., TA-, TB) now appears using the words Transfer Credit and Transfer Credit Pre-College. Transcripts from older systems at Wake Forest will continue to appear in their expected formats.
