Student information is distributed to the Wake Forest community under the guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The Office of the University Registrar requires that for every request from Faculty/Staff only, the ‘Student Report Request’ form be completed in detail and submitted.

Note: The Office of the University Registrar does not provide data regarding faculty and staff. You must contact the Office of Human Resources for this type of information.

The Student Report Request form will be reviewed and prioritized based on the nature of the information being requested and the current report requests being worked by the registrar reporting team.

Once the request has been reviewed, it will be assigned to a member of the reporting team and processed. You will be contacted if more information is needed to process your request. If a report is currently not available to meet your needs, we will develop a custom report and this work may take more time. Please allow seven to ten business days for us to process your request.

Our peak periods for report related work is around student registration and as we approach May Commencement. During these periods reporting supporting these events will be given a higher priority.

Authorized faculty, advisors, and academic staff can access/view lists of students’ major(s) and minor(s), schedules, class rosters and degree evaluations on-line via WIN.

Requests for student data for student organizations must be made by the faculty/staff sponsor of the organization. Such data requests which are approved are provided back to the sponsor.
