Wake Forest University does not provide unofficial transcripts. If you are in need of an “unofficial transcript” you can order the official transcript to be sent to you in PDF format. You can then save it and use it as your “unofficial transcript.”
How can I receive an unofficial transcript?
How can I submit my transcript to LSAC, AMCAS or a similar organization?
Using the search bar through the parchment ordering site, you can search the organization. If the organization you are searching for does not appear, use the blue link underneath to type in the information manually.
How can I attach a document to my order?
Through the ordering site, there will be a place where you can upload attachments so that it can be sent along with your official transcript.
Has my transcript been processed?
The delivery times are posted on our website and you will also receive an email once your transcript has been processed.
If there is a hold on my account, when will my transcript be released?
Your request will remain on file for 30 days. If your hold is not cleared by then your order will cancel. Once your hold is cleared your order will be released for processing.
How can I send a mailed copy of my transcript?
There is a blue link underneath the search bar that says “send to yourself or another destination,” this will allow you to choose the type of transcript you want to send.
