The Office of the University Registrar will be available to answer questions via chat
from 7:30 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET
during the first week of registration.

How to Reach Us via Google Chat

1. Go to chat.google.com
2. Log in to your Wake Forest account.
3. In the Chat box, click the plus symbol to start a chat.
4. In the “Person, Room, or Bot” box, type reghelp@wfu.edu.
5. Click on Registrar Help to start a chat.
6. Enter your name and your WFU-ID number, then enter your question.
7. Please be patient and someone will get back to you to address your question.
